NailsCleanPro Shipping, Returns And How To Reach Us
Every NailsCleanPro order leaves our own warehouse in Rochester, MN. Here is what happens after you click order, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Delivery times
| Handling | Within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2pm Central usually go out the same working day. |

| United States | 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. |
| International | Eight to fifteen business days, plus customs handling. Duty on arrival is the customer's responsibility. |
| Free shipping | On the three-bottle and six-bottle orders. Shipping on the two-bottle order is calculated at checkout. |
| Tracking | Emailed as soon as the label is printed. Carrier scans can lag a few hours behind reality. |
If your parcel is late
Wait one working day past the estimate, since carrier scans often catch up. After that, email [email protected] with your order number. We look at the carrier record ourselves, and if the parcel is genuinely lost we send a replacement rather than making you open a claim.
Returning a NailsCleanPro order
- Email [email protected] inside 60 days of delivery with your order number.
- We reply with the return address, usually the same day.
- Post back what is left, opened bottles included, at your own cost.
- We refund the purchase price within two business days of the parcel arriving. Your bank then takes three to five business days.
