Who is responsible

What we collect

When you place a NailsCleanPro order we receive the name, delivery address, email address and phone number you type at checkout, plus the products and amount. We do not receive or store your card number; that goes directly to the payment processor.

When you simply read the site we log the ordinary things a web server logs: page requested, time, referring page, approximate region and browser type.

What we do with it

Order details are used to pack, ship and support your order, to handle a refund if you ask for one, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. Aggregated traffic data tells us which pages people actually read. We do not sell personal information and we do not share customer lists with advertisers.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies of its own. We use a privacy-respecting analytics measure that reports totals rather than individuals, and your browser settings control anything it stores. Blocking cookies does not stop you ordering.

How long records are kept

Order records are kept for seven years because tax rules require it. Support email is kept for two years. Server logs are discarded after ninety days.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. We reply inside thirty days. If you are in California, the same email address is the route for a request under state privacy law.
